Al Marjan is a coastal island community located on the border of Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain, just a 30-minute drive from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport. It shares borders with neighboring areas such as Al Hamra Village and Mina Al Arab.

Al Marjan is an island community of villas and apartments in Ras Al Khaimah. It consists of several micro-districts with four interconnected islands named Breeze, Dream, Treasure, and View.

Breeze is an island close to the coastline. It is home to two 5-star beach resorts with real estate opportunities, several hotel complexes, and extensive landscaped walkways. The most popular buildings in Al Marjan are Pacific on View Island and Rixos Bab Al Bahr on Breeze Island.

Pacific is a six-building residential complex. Its architecture is inspired by the Oceania region, which consists of 1,000 islands. The ten-story residential buildings are named after Pacific countries – Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, Tahiti, Polynesia, and Bora Bora. The complex offers a variety of options including studios, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, serviced apartments, and beachfront duplexes. Penthouses are located on the top floors. Supermarkets are available in Al Marjan. For the convenience of residents, they are scattered throughout the archipelago. There are two branches of the Al Sanad network as well as Leptis Fresh Supermarket, Fresh Plus Grocery & Café, Bab Al Bahr, and Zoom supermarkets operating in the area.

Since the community is still in the development stage, there are currently no kindergartens or schools in Al Marjan. However, parents do not face any inconvenience as they can send their children to nearby schools and kindergartens.

For example, Al Hamra is home to the Ras Al Khaimah Academy, which follows the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum and provides students with world-class education. Another school in the Al Hamra community is the New British International School, which offers an English-language curriculum.

Nearby kindergartens include Al Hamra, Little Treasures, and Red Bus. They are all within a 10-minute drive.

The RAK Al Hamra Village Medical Center, which offers top-notch services and equipment, is just a 10-minute drive from the community. The nearest specialty hospital, Sheikh Khalifa Specialty Hospital (SKSH), is a 15-minute drive away.

Currently, public transportation within Al Marjan is not operational, so most residents rely on private vehicles or taxis. Most of the residential complexes in the area have either open parking or covered parking on the ground floor. Villa owners usually have access to private parking.

To reach Al Marjan by bus, you can take a taxi from the nearest bus stop, RAK Bus Station, and reach the area in approximately 20 minutes.
