The community is located about 40 minutes from the city center, near the industrial area of Mussafah. It borders the main thoroughfare of the UAE to the northeast, namely Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road (E311). Sweihan Road runs to the north and connects the district to the suburbs of Abu Dhabi.
The neighborhood is predominantly made up of low and mid-rise buildings. A wide range of residential units allows young professionals and families with children to choose the best option.
