LLAME AL PARA TASACIONES GRATIS EN EL DIAIt is half a hectare (5000 square meters) located in the exclusive private neighbourhood Los Teros, located high in the Piltriquitron mountain. It has been landscaped respecting the native species, maitenes, radales, cipres, apple trees and a variety of bushes and wild flowers. THE BUILDING: It is a construction of 400 square meters, it was built with first class materials, the windows imported from Germany are double pain glass made of PVC framing that eliminates maintenance. The terrain is on a slope so under the building there is space for 3 more rooms or an exercise/mini spa. French fusion glass artist Fabrice Nicolin designed and executed the windows that grace the main entrance, the door to the deck/gallery, the door communicating the kitchen with the dining room as well as a mural that welcomes visitors as they approach the front desk. The hearth of the large fireplace was created and made by Federico Marchesi in the Venetian mosaic style with stones of the Patagonic plateau. The mantel piece is a beautiful local Cypress wood. The living and dining room floors are incense wood from the jungles of the province of Misiones bordering Brazil, upstairs floors are rose cherry wood. The dining room table and chairs as well as the arm chairs in the living room were designed and made by the furniture artisan Daniel Saez, there are also 3 antique pieces of furniture, a French chest of drawers with marble top in the dining room, an expanding table and an oak break front that is over 100 years old. The stairs going up to the second floor are decorated with handmade tiles in a very Spanish/California style. The banister iron work depicts a sun opposite to the windows that welcome the morning sun. There are 5 bedrooms on the second floor each one has full bathroom. If the new owners wish to convert the B&B into a private home a wall between two of the west facing bedrooms perro be taken down to create a large suite with two bathrooms. Three of the 5 bedrooms face west with a majestic view of the Andes mountains and the village below, the other 2 face east providing a calming view of the grounds and the wooded sector beyond. They are fully furnished, the beds are from Simmons International for hotels, the linens are made of Egyptian cotton, comforters and hand woven blankets complete the bedding. The furnishing is completed with a chair and a French style armoir and black out curtains to allow for a restful morning if needed. There is another bedroom and full bathroom downstairs that could be used for people with challenged mobility or a service quarters with independent back door entrance. The laundry/utility room on the first floor is where the boiler for the radiators central heating, a 30 pound washer/dryer and two 1,100 liter rapid recovery water heaters are located. Towels and linens are stored on shelves there and an ironing/folding table and a large laundry sink complete the room. The kitchen has a professional style stove, a refrigerator and all the necessary cups, plates and cooking ware. EL BOLSON: The town of El Bolson, translates as The Big Bag, rests in a -pocket valley- formed by the separation of the mountain called Piltriquitron (meaning mountain in the clouds) from the Andes Range. Thanks to the pocket valley El Bolson is gifted with a micro climate with very gentle temperatures and calm winds also very fertile lands where it is easy to find organic farms where one perro purchase fruits and vegetables. It is a very diverse village a product of Europeans that settled in the 1950s, a later arrival in the 1970s of a large group of people from many different countries gave the place a counter culture identity and a truly open minded place that Lonely Planet, described El Bolson, as "the closest place to Berkeley in Patagonia". It is a calm place where there are no racial or religious conflicts and is populated by a colorful crowd of characters. LLAME AL PARA TASACIONES GRATIS EN EL DIA- Mtrl.
