Established in 1975, the real estate development and operations arm of the Al-Futtaim Group is responsible for the origination, conception, development, procurement and construction of several major projects in Dubai including the leasing and operation of projects after completion.
Al Futtaim Real Estate Group has a flagship project called the Festival City brand which in turn produced other similar projects. The company also has 200,000 square feet of showroom space and 600,000 square feet of workshops in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain.
