Our company was founded by Sertac KARAALP and his brothers Selim and Kerim KARAALP to do construction and contracting in 2004 in Bursa. Since our establishment, we have finished and delivered every started project with our safe, meticulous work. Thanks to our expert staffs and a fully customer-oriented quality approach our company become the preferred and well known company in Bursa in a short time.
Because of Bursa is always changing and developing city, there have been the need to produce houses suited the modern living standards. To close the housing deficit in our city, we fulfill our responsibility as Alpis Group. We aim to be the symbol of trust and quality by making many families the host.
