ARJUSA was established in 1981, as a result of the adverse situation that existed at that time in the real estate market. The main business area was the management of Communities of Owners, a tool that allowed to promote a large number of homes at a lower cost than what was offered on the market.

Its founders saw in this management system a market opportunity to survive the situation, grow and expand. Thanks to their great effort and work, they obtained the respect and trust of a large number of clients and financial institutions, who still trust Arjusa today.
