Inmobiliaria Tiuna is a family business founded in Madrid in 1964, specializing in the development of unique real estate developments within the "prime" area. Founded in the mid-1960s by the architect Germán Toro, after carrying out more than fifteen buildings in the north of Madrid, in the 1980s it became associated with Bueso-Inchausti & Rein Arquitectos. Since then, the architecture studio has provided its personal stamp to the company's architectural projects. Over time, Tiuna has been developing new residential and office properties, devoting an increasing effort to control all phases of development of the real estate development until the final delivery, to offer a unique product in architectural and construction quality.
