It was in 1967 when we started our path in the promotion sector and construction in the city of Cartagena. Since the very beginning we dreamed of offering our customers incredible homes in privileged locations.
And half a century later….
We keep doing what we like the most: building homes in incredible locations. We are convinced that the secret of the success of Urbincasa is the spirit of self-improvement of a team concerned about being able to offer our customers, always and in every single period we have lived, a comfortable home, in a unique and privileged context.

That is why, since the first moment we were a pioneer company in the elaboration of our own urban development plans, betting for the realization of innovative architectural projects that have generated an authentic lifestyle in the whole Spanish south east and have given us an enormous recognition and prestige in the sector.
Our trajectory has always been strongly connected to the environmental commitment and the care and protection of our employees, being one of the first companies of the Southeast to subscribe the United Nations Global Compact and starting up numerous initiatives and projects that settled the base of what is known today as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This vision, innovative and committed, along with our determination for offering always quality, attention and good service, has allowed us to maintain and consolidate as a company that has known how to navigate through whatever mishap without difficulty, keeping strong, constant and solvent over the years.
