Viviendas de Vizcaya is a business group founded in 1949 dedicated mainly to residential real estate development in Bizkaia. Its creation more than 70 years ago was determined by the precarious socio-economic context of the time, and the urgent need for infrastructure and housing in Bizkaia. Since then, its main activity has focused on facilitating the conditions of access to housing for Biscayans, materialized in the promotion of hundreds of building groups in a large number of municipalities in the Historical Territory of Bizkaia, to accommodate the homes of many thousands of families. . Throughout its history, Viviendas de Vizcaya has been adapting, expanding and diversifying its activities and actions, with the common nexus of promoting improvements in the environment of its present and future clients, and of Bizkaia, as its natural field of action.
