Property description
Location: 4 kilometers east of the city of Cañas, Province of Guanacaste, in Costa Rica. This area has a warm climate all year.Topography: flat on its front and in the surroundings of the Cañas River. This river crosses the farm in approximately 800 meters, and the rest of the property presents undulating terrain in 70%.
Facilities: 3 houses plus a small wooden cabin inside the farm. The main house has an area of approximately 200 square meters. It has 4 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 and half bathrooms, 1 laundry and flown corridors and ceramic floor.
Pastures: most of the farm has pastures native to the area such as jaragua and guinea.
Wood: several timber species are found, such as Guapinol, NÃspero, Guanacaste, Cedro Amargo and other more common (for use in fences: as Madero Negro, Tempisque and Quebracho, apart from others).
Water springs: it has 5, three at the bottom of the farm and two in the front, one of the front is huge and should produce about 2 inches of permanent water all year round.
Ornamental: the gardens are composed of green areas combined with ornamental plants mostly palm trees and fruits such as lemons and oranges apart from mangoes, jocotes, cashews, guavas and others.
