Property description
This property is located just a few hundred meters off the public road going to Punta Leona. It is surrounded with primary forest filled with beautiful specimens of trees and monkeys. Being the last lot on this road makes it a very private place where no cars are passing. If you love nature I would advise to plant certain species that attract birds, butterflies and other fauna. Before you know it you will be able to sit on your front porch and enjoy a variety of what Costa Rica’s nature has to offer. The property has two levels, the house is on the first level and there is a flat area above where another cabin or gazebo to enjoy the jungle could be built. On the first level there is room for another cabin also.
The house is a block wall, Costa Rican style house with wood ceilings and closets. The kitchen, living area is open and spacious. There is a master bedroom with bathroom and shower. The other three bedrooms share a bathroom. There is a corridor that is closed in with security bars so you can leave things outside and it is secure.
The rest of the house has bars on it as well so you can lock everything up and it is secured.
Of course the biggest advantage it has is it’s location just 5 minutes from the beach. You can easily jump in your car or a buggy and get to the beach. And the property is titled so it is registered in your name. Unlike other beach properties which are concessions that are leased from the government for a certain period.
