The building site is located in the village of Liganj which is a part of Lovran municipal area.
It is approximately 5 km. from the center of Lovran and about 150 m above the sea level, with magnificent views of the Bay of Kvarner and islands of Krk and Cres.
Our vision is to put this project on the market as a specific brand of luxury villas, designed in the contemporary Mediterranean style, suited to local climatic conditions and vernacular elements, based on traditional design and construction methods.

The project is not part and parcel of the sale of 2270 m.sq. building site in Liganj and will be subject to a separate Client / Developer Agreement following the Client’s acquisition of the property in Liganj which is currently listed at EU 130
per m.sq.
The average building costs in the region at this point in time range between EU 800 – EU 1500 per m.sq. , depending on the quality of finishes and the extent of additional services like lighting design, landscaping , swimming pool etc..
Selling prices for completed developments in this category start from EU 3000 per m.sq. upwards, again depending on location and the quality of the finished product.
