Son propriétaire, homme d'affaire dans le textile, fait intervenir des artistes de l'époque, des spécialistes de l'art nouveau : Emile Muller, céramiste et sculpteur français, qui crée en 1854 l'entreprise de la Grande Tuilerie à Ivry-Sur-Seine spécialisée dans les produits céramiques pour la construction et l'industrie, ainsi que la céramique d'art. Nous retrouvons sa griffe sur les fresques sculptées et peintes sur les dessus de portes intérieures du rez de chaussée. Mais également sur les tuiles en briques vernis polychromes de la toiture style " asiatique " de la volière. La manufacture Fould-Dupont de Pompey a élaboré toute l'armature métallique de la magnifique volière qui trône dans le parc avec leur célèbre fer puddlé. C'est un fer peu chargé en carbone, par brassage d'une masse de fonte liquide avec une scorie oxydante dans un four à réverbère. Le fer puddlé est donc plus homogène, plus malléable et moins fragile.
