From the hallway, you enter a spacious 20 m² living room/bedroom with laminate flooring, from which a small balcony opens up where you can start or end the day in a relaxed atmosphere. Here you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere with a view of the green inner courtyard of the residential complex.
The day-lit kitchen with kitchenette and built-in appliances and the bathroom with bathtub are tiled.
