In particular, they will be thirteen (13) luxury villas of totalarea 70-90 m2each.1.1 Location of the complexIn a unique location, on the top of a private hill with natural slopes, the villas will offerperfect privacy, luxury amenities and overlooking the breathtaking view on the Ionian Sea.The complex will be two (2) km away from the nearest beach, whilst is close to the BlueCaves, the famous Shipwreck beach and Xigia, a beach with brimstone that offers curativetreatments.2. PRODUCT – SERVICES2.1 Description of the complex constructionBased on the drawings, the construction refers to thirteen (13) villas with private garden andpool, of 70-90 m2Inside the complex, we will also construct a large restaurant, a main pool-bar, private moviehall (cinema hall) and tennis court with gym area. Finally, in the reception area, we canconstruct and operate small shops, of total area 60 mtotal area. All villas are independent and autonomous. Moreover, therewill be a private parking within the complex.2. Finally, there is provision for the safeand comfortable stay and move within the complex for the disabled.
