The small Etruscan town enjoys total tranquility and is located in the lower province of Siena, less than 10km from Cetona and Chiusi.

Description
The beautiful and fascinating former convent used as a hotel of about 1,500 square meters is spread over two floors above ground and a basement. The "L" shape of the ground floor extends along a central body where there are five contiguous corridors with large windows, from which you can access, through other small corridors, seven bedrooms all with an exclusive bathroom inside. In the first part of the same floor with access from the square are the office, two bedrooms with a living room and an exclusive bathroom. Located along the central part there is a veranda used as a reading space that can be used by all guests. On the first floor, reachable via the main staircase, there are again four large contiguous corridors with windows, one of which has a fireplace, which leads to a kitchen, four large bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On the first basement floor, reachable from the surrounding courtyard and an internal staircase from the ground floor, there is the part used for catering, here there is a porch from which you enter the building, hallway for welcoming guests, kitchen divided into two separate rooms, two dining rooms, two toilets, hallway with toilet and anti-bathroom for the staff, thermal power plant, two cellars and accessory compartments for the activity such as woodshed and / or clearing rooms.
Outdoor spaces
To complete the property the external courtyard of about 1,500 square meters enclosed on one side by the town walls, on the other by the building in question and on the other two by the access to the property and by the ruined building of about 200 square meters in addition to adjacent land, located downstream of the building, used as an olive grove.
