Land in production
The vineyards are cultivated according to traditional methods and with the use of only natural compost to ensure an "Organic Production" guaranteed and controlled by ICEA. The harvest is also carried out according to ancient methods and the cultivation methods are those typical of Tuscany. Maturation takes place in seasoned oak barrels that give the wine its unique bouquet. The same methods are implemented with the olive harvest. They are hand-picked by local people and the process is scrupulously carried out cold in the olive press.
Specifically, the vineyard covers 19.5 hectares , the olive grove 21.5 hectares , the forest 105 hectares and the remaining land is planted with fruit trees in production cigliegio,pesco,melo,pero.The remaining 12 hectares can be used for different cultures .

The large estate complex is excellently maintained . The renovation has been conservative and typical Tuscan with terracotta floors and chestnut wood beams . The high ceilings of the villa and the large windows give natural light to the living area , the bathrooms are in precious ceramics and the ancient stone fireplaces very scenic .The part intended for the farmhouse is in stone , the rooms are tastefully furnished in rustic style and very welcoming . The facilities are up to standard , the various structures does not require extraordinary maintenance work .
