The total area with veranda is 126 m2, the internal living area is 118 m2, including technical and storage rooms, a garden of about 500 m2 and a total plot of 30,000 m2.
On this property there are viewpoints, imposing granite rocks to admire or climb, a natural pond and vegetation ranging from palm trees, cacti, aloe vera to Sardinian strawberry trees, protected juniper trees, centuries-old olive trees and typical cork oaks.
