Due bagni, un piccolo ripostiglio e due posti auto propri nel resede privato del condominio. La posizione è comodissima, sia per le necessità quotidiane (supermercato, bar, farmacia, banche, poste, ristoranti, edicola e vari altri negozi sono tutti nei dintorni) sia per i collegamenti: la stazione FS di Lucca, o di Viareggio, si raggiunge in 20 minuti e così sia l'autostrada A11 sia la A12.
