Terracina’s Lido Enea is one of the most beautiful and popular beaches in Lazio, extending for kilometres along the coast; the prestigious coastal resort town of Terracina, in addition to fronting on to pristine beaches and the azure waters of the Mediterranean, also includes many historic sites such as the Temple of Jupiter, a Roman Forum, the Cathedral of San Cesareo and the Frangipane Castle. The design of Villa Enea, a curving pure-white building, gracefully positioned alongside the sea, emphasises the colour ’white’ which - par excellence - is associated with properties on the Mediterranean coasts, the colour that reflects the hot sunlight and so assists in the energy efficiency of the home.
An architectural style that creates an environment and feeling of freshness, cleanliness and purity. Outside, the uniformity of the colour and building materials acts as a link between the different geometrical structures - the villa’s wavy curving shape in rigorous white concrete is surrounded by a 447 sq.mt. ribbon-like path tiled in terracotta bricks embracing the entire 180 sq.mt. living area; the splendid garden in its natural colours surrounds and enhances the double external shower which features cylindrical shapes and is completely covered with mosaic tiles in marine colours, a real jewel, The interior of the villa has been similarly designed with fluid and continuous geometrical shapes, which flow into one another creating an ambiance without clear distinctions between the interior of the home and the outside environment. The property consists of a GROUND FLOOR of 105 sq.mt., five rooms on a single level that create large internal and external spaces in harmony with the landscape. A minimalist design focussed on essentials. The focus point of the day/living area is a central space of 35 sq.mt. with an open fireplace. And then we have the heart of the house, the outdoor area, a splendid 40 sq.mt. porticoed front patio, for relaxing al fresco breakfasts, lunches and dinners, where you can gather with family and friends, where you can enjoy the view and the sound of the sea, a space that overlooks the living area through a large French window, and also opens onto the 19 sq.mt. kitchen - the kitchen in pastel blue colour, a modern, spacious, bright kitchen, lots of light pouring in from the large window, a room with both internal and external access from the patio, the characteristic exposed beams that surround the entire kitchen environment, the colours and style of the tiled walls and floors again continuing the theme of a maritime home. And finally on this level there is an additional 6 sq.mt. rear porticoed patio. In addition to this magnificent ground floor, Villa Enea also includes a separate LOWER GROUND level, accessed by a 48 sq.mt. driveway.
