HOW TO BUY:
1. If you are happy with everything, pay 1,500 EUR per apartment (or 1,800 USD or 1,300 GBP) deposit (via bank transfer, or credit/debit card) and come to Italy, view and and sign papers within 30 days (property will be yours from date of signing papers).
OR
2. pay full amount (via bank transfer, invoice will be provided) and sign papers remotely - and get discount. Start ownership and/or remote rentals straightaway.
OR
3. come to Italy and have viewing before paying any money and, if you'll like it, pay and sign papers there and then (but we cannot guarantee that apartment will be available at the time of your arrival as someone could reserve it beforehand)
