Outside the area has been enhanced with a large terrace with a brick oven and a barbecue where it is possible to dine outdoors; there is also an outdoor laundry area which is very practical and functional especially during the summer months.
Around the villa other terraces, arranged at different levels, each characterized by a particular element. On the ground floor there is a delightful open space with kitchenette, double bed, bathroom with shower and an outdoor area equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. The pebble beach and the clean and transparent sea are ideal for those who want to enjoy the wild beauty and tranquility of the splendid Cilento Natural Park. The garden deserves a special mention, embellished with rare and particular ornamental plants, a small lake with water lilies; agaves, prickly pears, eucalyptus, centuries-old olive trees, vineyards, oranges, mandarins and lemons, white and black mulberries that are said to be imported directly from Magna Graecia, a variety of flora that characterizes the tradition of the territory. A unique well on the beach contains a source of fresh and drinkable water.
