The buildings facade membrane was designed in such a way as to ensure quality, durability and an original visual effect typical of residential architecture of this type.
This implies the application of three materials for the final coating of facade planes:
-Fine-grained bavalite in pastel shades on the part of the facade where natural stone cladding is not planned
-Curbs, cover plates, ground surfaces and fence wall in stone slabs
-An important part of the impression of the materialization of the building is the facade aluminum lock with three-layer glass filled with argon as well as electric aluminum blinds. Large openings provide the impression of spaciousness, sunlight and luxury in the interior.


Special attention was paid to the design of green areas with the aim of ensuring the highest possible level of privacy for the facilitys users. The yard with a swimming pool, furniture and accompanying facilities is a valuable additional resource that enables comfort and being outdoors, which is considered the basic characteristic of this beautiful complex in Boka Bay.

KOTOR

Kotor is a city of tradition and history, located in a beautiful Book Bay on the Montenegrin coast.
It is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. It was built between the 12th and 14th century and is full of medieval architecture and historical monuments.

Njeguši cheese has been declared the second best cheese in the world, and it is made in the village of Njeguši, above Kotor. Kotor will be connected with Njegusi village on the Lovcen mountain with a cable car, and this is one of most significant tourist projects of the entire region.
