In 2008 we were the first official Portuguese mediator of SRU – Porto Vivo and over these years we have made our contribution to the much-needed rehabilitation of the historic center of Porto.In 2017 we moved our headquarters to the Foz waterfront, where we opened a KA flagship with great visibility.In 2019, we consolidated our team, participated in the first Real Estate Shows and launched the first KA magazine.In January 2020 we created the movement to support a noble cause: “Let’s help the homeless” - Let’s get homes for the homeless in Porto.In September 2020 we expanded the KA brand to other areas of the country, namely in the Golden Triangle, Algarve.In 2022 we opened a new office in the Algarve, strategically located between Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago.In 2023 we began participating in international fairs, namely MIPIM in Cannes.
