All the original wooden shutters were restored and new soundproof double-hung doors and windows from Carpilux were installed.The suites have electrical sockets with Usb A and B inputs, walnut veneered wardrobes, Colunex mattresses and beds, with each bedroom having its electrical panel and fireproof cables. The bathrooms have Porcelanosa china, bathtub and natural ventilation and are lined with married marble stones of different origins and colors. The mirrors are from the Italian brand Antonio Lupi.The entrance floor has the hall with frescoes by Bela Silva, three suites and storage. The master suite is 55 square meters, has a terrace overlooking the garden and a seating area. The bathroom is covered in Caracalla marble with gold leaf.The first floor has three suites, with the bathrooms having Carrara marble, Thassos white marble from Greece and white Marmara marble from Ecuador.On floor -1 you will find the entire social area. A large living room with direct access to a terrace in front of the garden, a large wine cellar, the dining room and kitchen. The guest bathroom is lined with Noir Saint Laurent marble and gold mosaic panels. The dining room is fully equipped with Thonet tables and chairs. The kitchen is lined with Lioz stone. The wine cellar is closed and has four aging cellars from the Le Sommeliere brand.At the entrance to the house and where the old stables were located, the brick walls were maintained and the floor was laid in old Riga, where the office or caretaker’s house with a living room, bedroom and bathroom and technical area could be located.
