Location:
Renovated inside in 2022, this marvellous villa has a robust stone construction to which 18 photovoltaic panels have been added, allowing a total maximum production value of 4KW (average monthly value received by the grid is 160€). In addition to these, there are another 5 photovoltaic panels for self-consumption with a total output of 2KW, allowing for savings and control of energy costs for connecting machines, thus reducing the monthly electricity bill (average electricity paid is 70€/month). Also in the energy field, there is a modern wallbox charger for electric cars and car parking space.

Description:
The house is developed over two floors above ground and one below.
On the ground floor, there is a large air-conditioned kitchen, fully equipped and furnished, with a pantry, providing a cosy dining area for the family. This floor also has a common room with two areas, one for dining and the other for living, where we can count on an efficient Pallet stove for heating and maximum comfort. To support these two rooms, there is also a guest toilet.
