Dois quartos, em que um dos quartos tem acesso ao jardim, um armário incorporado, casa de banho com chuveiro, com uma janela. O chão deste quarto e casa de banho têm aquecimento elétrico. E mais um quarto, uma pequena varanda com vista do Mar. Armário incorporado, chão com parquet de carvalho. Casa de banho com banheira, sanita, bidê e têm uma janela. Todos os quartos estão mobilados.
