There is a slight slope to the south, which benefits the entire area from sunlight. Currently, the land needs someone with a passion for the land to give it a positive and attractive use that benefits both nature and the owner. There is currently some interest in small plots of land in the countryside. A short drive will take you to Vilamoura or Albufeira, not to mention Praia da Falésia, a short four kilometers away. It's seven kilometers to Hospital Lusíadas and a little further to the GNR (National Republican Guard). Connections to the IC1 and A22 highways are less than ten minutes away. The airport is about thirty minutes away.
