Built in 2009, the villa has underfloor heating in all rooms and is offered largely furnished. Outdoor spaceFrom the driveway lined with olive trees on both sides, you arrive at the entrance with a remote-controlled gate in the fenced-in area of 2500 m2. The entire front yard and the carport for 2 cars are paved with traditional “calçadas”. The driveway runs to the rear of the villa where the kitchen entrance is located. Here you will also find a covered outdoor BBQ and 2 fixed picnic tables.
