The hall also leads to an addition bedroom currently used as a cinema room & insulated acoustically from the lounge with 6 cm of cork on the walls. A further room from the hallway is used as an office but could make an additional bedroom if required. There is also storage cupboards in the hall for bedding etc.The kitchen was imported from the UK & is hand made to the highest quality - painted in Farrow & Ball Elephants Breath & fitted with Siemens appliances. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with complete with a dishwasher / washing machine / tumble dryer & a large French style fridge freezer.As you ascend the staircase, you are greeted by a spacious landing with a curved observation window offering views of the national park. It features an electric roller door and provides access to the technical room at the back, which houses all the heating, cooling, and pool equipment.The swimming pool includes a separate heated overflow jacuzzi which has its own plant room located beneath the jacuzzi.
