With a unique location, surrounded by the city of Lisbon, we find the well-known Av. Almirante Reis, this splendid Loft, in a building from 1906, signed by the Atelier de architects Réalité. This space resists asserting today the charm and refinement of the early 20th century, the period of its construction.
With East and West stamping an excellent sun exposure, from the windows we can see Lisbon and its roofs. In finishing tones of this unique painting, the view offering us the Castle of São Jorge as a backdrop.
When opening the door, we feel the soul of the property, clearly evident in the original elements and in the details of the finishes maintained. Automatically, we are invaded by an inspiring atmosphere of tranquility that fuses ancient architecture with modern architecture. The importance of light, singular and highly effective, rigorously studied, helps us to reveal the different environments, distributed in an intelligent and functional way, graced by the seven meter high ceiling at the highest point of these irreproachable attic.

All pieces were chosen with love for detail. For example, the tiles are made by Viúva Lamego and the bench on the island is marble from Estremoz. Completed with decoration notes from the four corners of the world, including the furniture, it would make no sense for the apartment to be sold without the elements that give it its beauty and the charm that characterizes it. Everything is included and designed with the comfort and “ready to live in” concept that we want to provide.
