In terms of Energy, there are no expenses.There is an additional solar panel on the roof of the house which is used to heat up the bath water.There is also exterior space around the house for 3 cars or 2 cars and 1 boat for example.Potential:The house is a construction from 1985 and as such it is reckognized that it falls short, in some aspects, from the nowadays vision, comfort and needs.The owners run an Architecture and Engineering Company and have defined several proposals, to which the client can choose from or be inspired by.
