Cornex Capital

Founded in 2004 by Javier Cornejo, CORNEX CAPITAL is a real estate investment and asset management company.

Initially a consulting firm specializing in the origination of deals for the purchase and sale of land, income-generating assets, hotels, offices, prime retail, and vertical properties, we evolved in 2008 into a full-service management company meeting the needs of financial institutions, family offices, developers, builders, and investment funds.

In 2010, we incorporated the retail real estate activity of premium and luxury housing, including both new developments and second-hand properties in Barcelona and Madrid; since 2021 in Andorra and Costa Brava-Empordà, and since 2024 in the Balearic Islands, offering premium services throughout Spain.

In 2022, we added a third business unit focused on the development and construction of real estate projects with HAUS health standards, sustainability, and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria, turning our homes and projects into Socially Responsible Investments (SRI).
