The land plot is arranged in 2 levels. At the first level there is a large green lawn in front of the house and a large veranda with a barbecue for a cozy pastime on the warm evenings. Also there are 2 alpine slides with beautiful flowers. On the second level there is a large area with a swimming pool, sun beds and a pergola.

The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful place, just 20 minutes walk from the magnificent beaches and the town of Playa de Aro (5 minutes by car from the sea and the city).
The city is located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, 110 km north of Barcelona.

This is one of the best places on the coast for a family holiday, which has everything for recreation – shops, excellent restaurants, supermarkets, children's entertainment centers and a water park. The climate is temperate, comfortable, the temperature in summer is up to 30 degrees. The perfect combination of mountain, pine and fresh sea air.

The city is not a major tourist center, due to the distance from Barcelona; therefore travel companies do not bring here numerous groups of vacationers. Basically, local Catalan families from Barcelona and Girona rest here. There are many places for sightseeing holidays around.

The distance to the French border is 102 km (1 hour and 10 minutes by car).
The nearest airport, Girona-Costa Brava, is 35 kilometers away (33 minutes by car); the distance to Barcelona International Airport is 125 km (1 hour 28 minutes by car).
