Absolutely lovely Ground floor apartment on the fantastic La Torre Golf Resort.

On entry to the apartment, you enter into a small hallway, with a large kitchen directly ahead of you and the lounge is to the right. The apartment is lovely and bright (corner apartment so you also have the extra window to the side), leading to a huge terrace area, which has been glassed in with 'glass curtains' - allowing you to either open it up completely in the warmer months, and close in the winter months, which in effect gives you a second lounge! There is also a great lockable storage room that has been added to the side of the closed terrace. This is in addition of course to a great sized garden, directly South West facing with sun all day and looking on to a lovely pool area.

The kitchen, directly ahead as you walk in, is fully equipped and also had extra worktop/cupboards added to the right These are the largest kitchens of any apartment (and most villas) on the Resort. The oven/ceramic hob have also been replaced/upgraded.


There are two good sized bedrooms, one arranged as a Double , the other with two single beds. There is also a good sized terrace leading from both bedrooms which look onto the manicured gardens to the front entrance of the Resort.
The property has AC in the lounge and full Gas Central Heating throughout. Both bedrooms have AC pre-installed making it a very simple process to have added, and both rooms currently have ceiling fans. It also comes with a private parking space in the garage area underneath the block.
The family bathroom has had a new sink/mirror fitted and the bidet has been removed and a good storage unit has been put in this area for towels and other bahroom accessories. There is a full size bath with shower/shower screen and as this apartment is a corner unit you also have a good sized window here.

The large terrace, looking on to the lovely pool area really does make a huge difference to the property and is a big consideration when looking at apartments on this Resort - it does mean you have a second lounge, with the terrace being much larger than standard for properties on Resort. With the orientation being South West the garden/terrace area is baked in sun all day..

The apartment is located in a very central position within a 5-10 minute walk from the Resort's Town Centre, with it's array of bars and restaurants, as well as a large well-stocked Supermarket.
The condition of the apartment is excellent - it has obviously been well looked after by the current owners.
