Along with air conditioning (hot and cold). Solar panels for hot water. 5 out of 6 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. De-calcification system and drinking water filtration system. All windows have mosquito blinds.There is a good-sized plot, with landscaped gardens full of mature palms, trees and flowering shrubs, 10 m x 5 m swimming pool (fully pumped and filtered) and with Roman steps, wonderful sun terrace, a large pool room/storage area and off-road parking. This is an urban property with mains electricity and water.Perfect for year-round living, with enough space to be generous about inviting friends and family to stay, get in touch and we’ll take a trip.
