The structure of the floor slabs is made of metal beams. The roof of Catalan Volta is being seen especially in the passage areas of the house. Also we find hydraulic pavements in a very good state of conservation. Being a Principal floor has a considerable ceiling height. These and other features such as doors abd restored wooden windows make up a representative apartment of Barcelona's Eixample
The lobby area of the building is characterized by light tones that help distribute light throughout the space. The predominant finishes are the marble of the pavement area, the wood of the railings and the elevator and the plaster of the ceiling moldings. You could say that the entrance space is a continuation of the style of the main facade.
