It is fully covered by a 5-meter-high trellis greenhouse with a flat, mesh roof.
The farm has three unpaved access roads, starting from the main highway TF-653 and crossing the farm from one side to the other, allowing for quick and convenient cultivation tasks, especially fruit harvesting. They are equipped for access by small and large vehicles.
