You can see the street through the very wide loopholes, and a large door closes the courtyard of the house, where the staircase, cellar and stables are located.
In the 16th century, the castle was extended on the south side by adding a rectangular structure and another building with the same layout as the previous one. The third phase of construction of the main building dates back to the 18th and 19th centuries. 

The chateau currently operates as a restaurant, with two dining rooms and banqueting facilities. There is also a chillout area for al fresco dining and cocktails.

The total area of the castle is 2,103 m². Other buildings, farm buildings and workshops cover an area of 3,511 m². The total built-up area is 5,614 m². The Rosanes estate is also home to a par 3-Pich & Putt Barcelona-La Garriga golf course. The golf course is one of the best in Catalonia in its category due to its design, location and conditions. It is a Par 3 Pitch & Putt golf course known as Pitch-Putt Golf Best 18 Barcelona - La Garriga, with an area of 152,625.87 m² with a bar and dressing room, WC. It is an 18-hole Par 3 golf course that aims to showcase the different concepts of design schools present around the world by creating sketches of holes known around the world, without being a replica of the originals. Rather, it is designed to challenge even the most advanced professionals.

The area of the castle allows for the construction of a hotel complex including a restaurant, bar, small shop, golf course, gym, fitness and spa centres.
