The initial conception was to create the image of a large white rock facing the sea, reminiscent of the mountains of sea salt collected in the salt flats of Torrevieja. To achieve the desired effect, Capri limestone was selected for the facade, as it is a carbonated sedimentary rock of marine origin, which is undoubtedly a "jewel" of nature that transmits a sober elegance to the facade.
