The townhouse can be handed over fully furnished. Fiberglass internet rounds off the house as a basis for a home office. An alarm system is installed.

THE DESIGN
In addition to optics and design, the concept of the town house was also to develop a sensible and practical living unit. This is reflected in the combination and selection of colours, surfaces and building materials. Care was taken to ensure that the town house is bright, friendly and spacious thanks to clear lines and structures, which are also optically underlined by large glazed window elements.
