To avail this service, the owner needs to purchase a furniture package and one of the rental accessory sets, including tableware, glasses, kitchen utensils, etc. This accessory set greatly facilitates inventory management at the villa and, consequently, reduces expenses. The cost of the accessory set for a 3-bedroom villa is 423,500 THB + 165,000 THB. The cost of the furniture package for a 3-bedroom villa is 1,099,000 THB. The owner can also independently organize rental and management as the rental program is optional.
