The villa has an internal area of 520 Sq metres (5,900 sq ft), and a further 520 Sq metres of terracing, gardens and balconies. Accommodation is laid out on 3 levels and offers adequate space to comfortably sleep and cater for 8 adults. All rooms in the villa have their own individually controlled air-conditioning.
The outside terraced areas feature a pond, and a private 18 metre-long L-shaped infinity pool. There is a Sala for relaxing or having that outdoor massage. There is adequate room for sunbathing and relaxing on the terraces, where the eaves of the roof provide shade if required. The living room has a magnificent view of Surin Beach and the Andaman Sea, and features a balcony the full width of the room that also overhangs the pool – a great place for sharing sun-downers. There is also a large outdoor dining and relaxing area with shade – ideal for breakfasts or outdoor dining and watching the sunset.
Master Suite
A wooden spiral staircase leads to the vast top level Master Suite that includes a King-sized bed and a comfortable sitting area. The bathroom features a large hand-made terrazzo bath and a separate shower and twin washing basins. There is a 12 metre private sun-deck spanning the width of the room. However the greatest aspect of this suite is the view of the Ocean and Beach that greets you when you raise the remote-controlled electric blinds upon awakening in the morning. There is also a Smart TV and a wireless sound system for playing your music from your smart-phone.
Guest Suite
The guest suite is located on the main level, and features the same magnificent Ocean and Beach view. There is a King-sized bed and the sliding doors open onto a large terrace where you can directly access the pool and the outdoor Sala. The bathroom features twin wash-basins and a separate sunken bath and shower. There is also a wireless audio system, and the room also has remote controlled curtains.
Main Living and Dining Area
The main living and dining room also feature the Ocean and Beach view with direct access to the swimming pool. The room is surrounded by terraces and balconies that allows you to enjoy al-fresco dining and those sun-downers. There is a large dining table inside the room and a bar table on the terrace that features an awning to protect from the sun while dining. There is a quality wireless HiFi system, a 75” Smart TV and sufficient cosy chairs to relax on. The separate kitchen is also on this level, and is fully fitted with appliances, including gas hob, dishwasher and split level oven. There is also a mains water filter to supply drinking water.
Outdoor Entertainment Area
The outdoor relaxing area is also on the same level as the Living, Dining and Kitchen areas. There is a total sunbathing/relaxing area of about 180 sq metres, plus the infinity pool which is 18 metres in length, and an outdoor shower. There is also a large pond. The area also features a sem-circular bar under a tree, and the area is large enough to cater for outdoor parties, lunches and BBQ’s, all with the stunning backdrop of the Ocean and Beach.
Guest Bedrooms 3 and 4 and the Gym
The lower level features a secluded walled area where the remaining two bedrooms and a small gym are located. There is a substantial area for relaxing on this level which offers complete privacy and tranquillity, and a partial view of the Ocean The two bedrooms on this level are also generously proportioned, featuring king-sized beds and solid wood flooring. The en-suite bathrooms are in the same décor as the upstairs rooms and have a mixture of terrazzo flooring and black fired-slate tiling.
Location
The property is perched on a small hill at the South end of Surin Beach, giving full views of the beach and the surrounding bay and ocean. One of the few villas on the West Coast of Phuket where you can hear the waves. Phuket International Airport is 30 minutes away, Boat Avenue and Beach Clubs including Catch, Café Del Mar and Carpe Diem are all around 10 minutes away. Patong is also about 25 minutes.
Beaches
Surin Beach, one of Phuket’s most beautiful, is within a 10 minute walk. There are several more beaches within a 10 minute drive, including Kamala and BangTao, and the 8 km long Layan Beach is about 15 minutes drive. All these beaches are complemented by the Andaman’s west coast stunning azure blue waters and have a number of food and beverage establishments in close proximity. At the entrance to the villa there is a carport/garage suitable for 2 large vehicles, there is also a Maids Room, Shower Room, and Washing Room with washing machine and dryer, and two storage rooms.
