Each villa is located on a plot of 400m2 and comes complete with a large pool, except for the Type-B villas where 24m2 pools are an optional extra for an additional payment of THB 400,000.

Prices at Amaya Hill currently start from just $225,000 – offering excellent value considering the high quality and excellent design of the villas here. These prices are sure to rise once all of the plots in the first phase of the development have been sold out and so buyers looking for a bargain should move quickly in order to avoid having to pay higher prices at some point in the future.
