The condo is in excellent condition and looks very nice and new.
It has a perfect location, next to the Bus Terminal and big shopping mall Foodland (24/24).
All Baht bus stop in front of the resort, where you can go towards Jomtien Beach (5 min) or Pattaya City (10 min).
Within walking distance you have shopping, the beach, immigration, bus terminal, baht bus, 7/11, kiss food & drinks, (night
& food) markets, many different restaurants, Danish bakery, food bistro, massage salons,….
Theprassit Road is 30 meters away from the resort.
