The villa comprises two single-story pavilions set on a rectangular plot that extends between a quiet road and the beach. Entering from the parking area you first arrive at the Garden Pavilion, which houses two of the villa’s bedrooms; a covered corridor between the bedrooms leads to a tropical walled garden and koi pond. Steps through the garden bring you to the Sea View pavilion, containing two more bedrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas. At the front of this pavilion is a furnished terrace overlooking the pool and beach.
