Lila Villa is ideal for families with children. It is located in the Rawai district, just three hundred meters from the walking beach of Eva beach and a hundred meters from the international elementary school Palm House Iternational. This is a quiet and peaceful place with a developed infrastructure, the main population of which is local residents and expats who have lived in Thailand for many years.
On the private territory there is a covered Parking for two cars. The courtyard is surrounded by greenery. in addition to the usual palm trees in Thailand, you will find bananas, papaya and even a mongoose tree.
