In the front of each residence, there is a pool-facing porch with comfortable rattan lawn furniture, ideal for open-air dining and pool-side lounging One enters the villa through a tall, sliding glass door, which allows natural light to brighten the interior during the day; Tall, earthen toned curtains can conveniently block out the outside world for complete privacy, likewise.
The expansive living room in the front is complete with family sized sofa, dining table and widescreen Smart TV 50-65 inches connected to high-speed WIFI. The depth of the floors and high ceilings, coupled with the minimalistic, natural tones and artistic décor combine for a homely, relaxing aura.
Adjacent to the living room is an intimate dining area that can seat up to eight diners. In the back there is a fully-equipped, western kitchen, where you’ll find a full-sized microwave oven and refrigerator and marble-countertop. There is also a small washroom at the back of a kitchen, including toilet and sink.
The bedrooms are all located on the second floor. The master bedroom is at the front of the villa, and from its small veranda is a full view of the pool below. Its private bathroom is complete with shower and step-down, tiled bath tub. The other shared bathroom on this floor also has a shower and step down tub. All rooms have their own wardrobes, with both twin and queen sized bed arrangements available.
The third floor is an open-air, rooftop veranda, which offers a 360-degree view of scenic surroundings, including the neatly groomed greens of Mission Hills to the north and east, and lush plantations and jungle to the south and west. From this vantage point, you can spot the glistening Phang Nga Bay on the northern horizon (which is five minutes away by car). This rooftop space is ideal for small gatherings, barbeques, sundowners or sunrises for early birds.
