Each individual Beach House is entered through a private gated pedestrian entrance or through your remote controlled garage door entrance. You then take a walkway beside your private outdoor salt water swimming pool to your entrance door.
On entering your hallway you can either enter your en-suite master bedroom or en-suite guest bedroom on the ground floor or take the “Tabag” wood and glass stairway to the large Open Plan Living/Dining /Kitchen area. This large area with its three metre high ceilings includes a Fully Fitted European Style Kitchen and bathroom. The Living/Dining area is glass fronted with ceiling to floor glass, leading on to your large balcony.

On the ground floor, there are two double en-suite bedrooms, with the master bedroom having glass doors leading on to a deck area where you can relax by your private pool.

A bridge leads from the upstairs balcony, over the swimming pool, to the Roof Top Garden overlooking the Gulf of Thailand where you can relax and take “the rays” by daytime or while away the hours watching the small fishing boats coming and going in the evenings.

The Roof Garden is shaded by use of Sail and bound by Marine Stainless Steel railings so as not to obstruct your unique views.
Each of The Beach Houses is fully air conditioned throughout. In all there are only sixteen of these Beach Houses, with four of them having additional garden areas.

While each Beach House offers a unique living style, the rental income potential for each of “The Beach Houses” is the best that the Eastern Seaboard has to offer.
