Top floor north oriented 1-br unit open garden view

This unit is one of the very few units that "looks" out of the U-shape condo complex of BMK towards the north. It is on the third floor therefore has very open garden view to the empty plot that is in between Renaissance Resort and BMK. This empty lot is covered with trees and greenery. It is therefore a "private" open view and no one looks onto our balcony. The balcony is the only one facing north accessible from the living room. It is perfect for peaceful relaxation. There is no direct sunlight onto the balcony during winter (yes, you actually WANT that) so the balcony can be used all day and it does not get too hot.
I consider the balconey the "main feature" of the unit. Else this is a roomy one bedroom unit of 54 m2 inside area and 6 m2 balcony thus bringing the entire area to 60 m2. Minor renovation has taken place from original status of the unit, namely fully closing the initially partially open wall between the main living area and the bedroom. Furthermore I have installed a small additional split aircon, as the built-in units are really large and strong and i prefer a highly efficient unit that is perfectly quiet. It works with wifi and app for remote control. I use the unit as my winter residence and have installed a proper working table and further items for practical every day life. It would come fully furnished with good quality furniture but that is of course negotiable. BMK is probably the single only direct beach access condo on Phuket or at least one of the very few that has no road between the property and the beach. Another super positive of this location.Recently the nearby village of Mai Khao has nicely developed and now also features a Lotus go fresh and a Tops market and has quite a few nice restaurants. This is just less than 5 driving minutes away.
